If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us email@example.com within 14 days of receipt (from the day the order reached you). Provided you comply with the terms Below we will refund the price of the goods along with standard postage costs. Include the items you had ordered, your Order Number, your Name and Address in your email. Send us photographs of the item in question including the packaging/box it came in without these we cannot help you. Please ensure the photographs are clear and we can see the item and its packaging. send as many photographs as is needed to show the issue/s.
Please note we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any custom-made or personalised orders. This includes colour changes, name, age or any other changes.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing items.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the product is Damaged send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the damage along with as many clear photographs as is needed to show the damage (we will also need to see photographs of the packaging) within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will (depending on the damage) either:
a. send instructions on how to fix the broken/damaged item (This is usually possible using edible glue or a small amount of water).
b. if the item is irreparable, refund monies for the damaged item.
The refund will be made to your original method of payment.
If you received an incorrect order or have missing items, please let us know within 14 days with photographs of the order received (we will need to see photographs of the packaging). You will need to include your order number, name and address along with details of the issue via this email address: email@example.com we will then send out a replacement or the missing items on our next dispatch day.
All our items are non-Returnable as they are food products.
THEREFORE, RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND CONFIRMATION FROM OUR TEAM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED POSTAGE FEES AND MAY ONLY RECEIVE A PART REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION (this is specifically true of custom made/personalised orders)
We do not refund any SALE items.
Delayed/late Deliveries are non-refundable, especially if they are custom made or personalised in any way, therefore please allow plenty of time when ordering your items. You will be given a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
Missing Deliveries or lost deliveries. If your order has not arrived send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us. We will then try to find out what has happened and will either send a replacement or refund your order. All our deliveries are tracked so this will give us an idea of where you parcel is.
Any refunds will be made within 28 days of purchase, to the same payment method used when the order was originally made. Provided you comply with the terms above we will refund the price of the goods and in some instances the standard postage also.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable or unclaimed package to us, we will either issue a full or Part refund, excluding delivery charges. Part refund if you order held a custom made or personalised Order.
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or ‘unclaimed’ following 3 failed delivery attempts, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender. We will refund these orders (either in part or full), excluding delivery charges within 28 days of receiving them back to our warehouse and you will be notified with an email to confirm we have the return.
